My Alias

So my alias, a name chosen due to the fact that there are places where my real name isn't appropriate (or safe), or for an avatar or player character.

When browsing the internet after the first installation of broadband in 2003, I came across textual and graphical representations of people in forums and games, so the next step was to create my own.

I really cant remember where the first instance relating to beetles came about, but I think it was triggered by an event during college when I found what was left of two stag beetles in a small forest path.

The natural predator of stag beetles is the Magpie, so it was likely they were just picked off.

It was like that in and out of college, people I knew and me would see the birds (chavs) gather and wait for prey (anyone else) to pass by and harrass them, however the prey is becoming more protected, and so the predator will soon die out.

I started to draw some funny beetle images during lesson time and it pretty much grew from there. Now I've grown attached to the name seeing as people, for some reason I cannot tell yet, enjoy my relation between person and alias.
